FORTHEMOMS MISSION
After experiencing a challenging pregnancy, Katie Dickens knew that true postpartum recovery required more than just physical healing - it demanded a complete mind + body reset. But she couldn’t find a program that offered both. So, she created one.
Drawing from over a decade of teaching experience and earning her pre- and postnatal training certification, Katie developed a personal postpartum plan that transformed her life as a new mom. The results were so impactful, she turned it into an 8-week REBUILD program designed specifically for moms.
REBUILD offers one-on-one support with Katie throughout the full 8 weeks, helping moms regain strength, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with their bodies and minds. And for those who prefer flexibility, a downloadable version is now available so you can move through it at your own pace, on your own terms. The postpartum gap? It's officially filled.
But Katie didn’t stop there. She saw another major void: a real, in-person space for moms to come together, reset, and feel cared for.
That’s when she launched FORTHEMOMS - a powerful community and in-person events hosted across Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego. These events are intentional, deeply restorative, and feature top-tier wellness services, premium brand gifting, and practical tools that moms can take home to keep the momentum going through small wins and resetting their MIND AND BODY.
Katie’s vision didn’t end locally. She launched the FORTHEMOMS online community, giving moms everywhere access to the movement. Through top wellness brand giveaways, thought provoking questions and exclusive resources, moms across the country are now experiencing the same reset right from home for a small one time payment under $20.
THE BOX FORTHEMOMS has just been launched to fill yet another gap to meet moms right at their door and provide the top brands for free, just because you are a mom. WHEN A MAMA IS SUPPORTED, A BABY IS TOO. Look out for the new boxes coming out to fill the gap for every single stage of motherhood.
This movement is just beginning. She has a fire to fill every single gap and she is just getting started.
